Haley Weigle is a marketing strategist and executive leader with over a decade of experience driving revenue growth, strengthening client retention, and building high-performing teams.
At PMP Marketing Group, Haley serves as VP of Advertising Services, directing cross-functional teams across media, creative, and client success to deliver campaigns aligned with clients’ growth goals. She built and now leads an insights-driven approach to account management, creating scalable processes that improve collaboration, accelerate turnaround times, and keep strategy grounded in performance data.
Prior to PMP, Haley served as Regional Vice President and Co-Owner of the Florida operations of Alison South Marketing Group. She worked alongside executive leadership to expand the agency’s market presence, oversee its annual budget, and grow sales and client onboarding year over year. Earlier in her tenure, as Regional Account Manager, she increased sales revenue by 30%, improved client retention by 40%, and expanded the client base by 25% through strategic networking and customized account strategies.
Haley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina, along with certifications in HubSpot and GA4. She is active in the advertising community, having served on the board of the AAF Broward and Palm Beach Chapter as Secretary and Vice President, and as past Chair of the chapter’s American Advertising Awards program. In 2020, South Florida Business & Wealth magazine recognized her with its Apogee Award for leadership and community contributions.
