Overview

In 2019, a Wisconsin-based firm approached PMP for marketing support in its local market.  The firm had previously invested modest amounts in advertising and had grown through word-of-mouth clients, referral agreements, and grit of the partners.  The firm focuses on Motor Vehicle Accident and Social Security Disability practice areas.

Strategy

PMP created a plan that included awareness and conversion tactics.  Broadcast TV and Billboard creative were designed to drive awareness and educate the local community of potential claims.  A website redesign, monthly content and SEO services, and a complementary paid search (e.g., Pay-per-Click, Local Services Ads) campaign created opportunities to convert clients.

Execution

The firm had a long history in the area, but new partners and new growth objectives required a brand refresh.  The firm heavily invests in broadcast and billboards, but based on competitive dynamics and budget capacity, PMP incorporated digital marketing efforts to drive additional conversions.  A competitive back-linking strategy, compelling blog content, and diligent onsite and offsite hygiene led to incredible growth over a five-year period.

Results

Following our digital marketing efforts, the law firm received a 6.6x increase in monthly unique website views and a 4.4x increase in monthly contacts.
